- 8 small (comfortable) corn tortillas

- Olive Oil (drizzle in pan for cooking shrimp)
- Shredded Cabbage
- 2 Medium Avocado Sliced
- 2 Roma Tomatoes Diced
- Purple Onion Diced
- 4 oz. Shredded Cheese (we used further sharp white cheddar)
- 1 Lime (minimize into 8 wedges)
- 1/2 cup Bitter Cream
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Sriracha Sauce
In a small dish mix seasonings (1/2 teaspoon floor cumin, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper)
Place shrimp in a medium bowl
Sprinkle seasonings on shrimp and absolutely coat
Drizzle olive oil in a pan over medium warmth
Cook dinner shrimp (roughly 2-3 minutes either side)
Mix 1/2 cup bitter cream, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce in a medium bowl
